to clear one thing up first, notez is not built or designed for widescale public use while it may theoretically, and even possibly actually, work it should not be set up to allow for anyone to be able to sign up notez is designed (at least in terms of the note taking functionality) as more of an intranet, than as a fully private or fully public system while your notes aren't just going to show up on someone else's dashboard if you were to share the link to one of your notes with someone else who has access to your instance, they would be able to access that note, and that note only a general good practice when administrating your notez instance is to only give access to people you trust well and as per what i said above, they won't have just plain access to a list, they can access any note you send them
